Study On Social Shaping Of Residential Industrialization's Technology And Its Sustainable Development Analysis

Along with the development of the real estate and the improvement of people's living standard, housing consumption become one of the new increasing points for Chinese national economy development, so housing industry got to be an important growing industry to promote our national economy. However, because of history and some else reasons, Chinese housing industry is still on the initial stage, and traditional manufacturing means and behindhand management mode have confined the development of housing industry. Regarding the housing industrialization technology development, doing some research is extremely essential, in order to advance the process of housing industrialization, to raise the housing productive level, to solve the contradiction between housing demand and resources' short which the inhabitant grows day by dayBased on the abundant references and the on-site investigation, the paper brings forward using the theory—The Social Shaping of Technology— for reference, which belongs to the category of "philosophy of engineering technology" , has given a new perspective to research the production technique of residential industrialization. This paper uses the means of comparative analysis, systematic analysis and qualitative analysis, doing some research on the forming process of production technology about residential industrialization, and attempting quoting the theory "sustainable development" to accelerate the developing process of production technique of residential industrialization in our country.Firstly, on the base of the introduction of the conception, theory, generalization and application of Social Shaping of Technology, the paper advances the preliminary idea of introducing SST into housing industry.Secondly, the paper classifies the participating community of divergent interest in the housing production process, then analyzes how the consumer, the housing production enterprise and the government carry on the mold regarding the technological development in the housing industrialization in several dozens years which developed in our country, from the technical demand, the realization, the appraisal choosing to the restriction adjustment. Then the conclusion can be made, our country's housing industrialization technology is forming gradually precisely under this participation tripartite combined action.
