Wuhan City Circle is a significant strategic measure made by Hubei province to promote its economy and give it impetus to rise in central area, while the urgent affair to promote the economy of Wuhan City Circle is to establish the developmental strategy of the integration of highway passenger transportation in Wuhan City Circle.
