The Reserch On The Women Employment In Heilongjiang Province

Thanks to China's reform and opening-up policy, people have witnessed great economic and social progress in past two decades. But, with the amazing development, Chinese women are blessed with more opportunities to make great strides than before and faced with new challenges at the same time. Specially, when we focus on women employment, the fact is that women un-evitable belong to the incompetent group because of the intense competition in job market. How to provide enough jobs for women and adapt them to the economic reform is the problem which the government has to face. The history of human society illustrates that: female issue is significant problem in social progress and the proportion of women in job market is a pretty reliable index of the degree of civilization of society. Therefore, in this dissertation, some study about women employment in Heilongjiang province will be done.This paper, first of all, studies the theory about the employment of women; Secondly, it through a comprehensive, intensive, in-depth survey from the employment of women, researches the total population of women and women in the socio-economic structure, uses horizontal and vertical contrast, analyzes the status of women's employment in Heilongjiang Province, and thus summed up its characteristics; Again, based on labor economics, human capital theory and the theory of discrimination, analyzes the labor market factors affecting the employment of women, mainly economic, education and gender; Finally, based on the above analysis and findings with practical work experience, the employment of women by promoting Heilongjiang province and recommendations are described in detail .
