The Empirical Research On The Relationship Between FDI And Economic Growth Of Heilongjiang Province

The mechanism of foreign investment which acts to the host country is extremely complex, more and more research indicated, the promoting action of foreign investment which acts to the economic growth of the host country are being decided by the condition of the host country. The good infrastructure, the essential human capital, the unification market system, the good politics economic environment, the stable foreign capital policy which also may be anticipated and so on, not only decided the actual effect of using foreign capital in a country or district, also has become an important condition of attracting more foreign capitals .In recent years, some domestic scholars put the empirical research of the relationship between foreign direct investment and the economic growth in a more developed area and provinces and cities, but do little empirical research to Heilongjiang which has the superiority of resource and place that in the middle area. Therefore, conducting the research from the theory and the reality in Heilongjiang Province are of extremely vital significance to the improvement of investment environment and the formulation and implementation of correct foreign investment policy which could promote the economic growth.Through the overall scale analysis, the investment domain analysis, the investment source analysis, the investment region analysis and the investment way analysis ,points out that the introduction of foreign direct investment in Heilongjiang Province has grown steadily, but compares with many developed provinces and cities, Heilongjiang Province has the certain disparity, emphasized that it is the inevitable choice through expanding the channel of bringing in foreign capital and improving the investment environment in Heilongjiang Province.
