China's Economic Growth Pattern

Our national economy has appeared wonderful posture in recent years, that is, rapid improvement, better benefits and fine energy. However, as we haven't got the completely change from the extensive economic growth mode,the blocks of resources and environment in the high-speed economical improvement appears evidently. The shortage of electric and oil has come forth frequently. The accidents which happened in the colliery had deprived many lives. At the same time, the enormous usage of the recourses in our country had raised the panic from other countries in the world.Therefore, the"Chinese deterrence theory"has become a hot topic. All of these have told us that the extensive economic growth mode has come to the end and it's a really pressing need to change the economic growth mode. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th National Congress of CPC has put forward that we must accelerate the process of the transformation of the economic growth mode, and had taken it as the critical problem in the"eleventh five-year". According to this, the transformation of the economic growth mode, which is the crucial issue for the wholly development of our economy and society, has turned into the most important baptism and tough task in the"eleventh five-year".Based on the scientific definition of the economic growth, the economic growth mode and the transformation of the economic growth mode, this paper made some realistic analysis from various aspects on the extensive economic growth mode since the open and reform policy. The extensive economic growth mode in our country pays more attention to the devotion of the operative essentials, but neglects the efficiency of them, therefore, the efficiency is rather lower. What's more, it thinks much of the speed of the economic growth, but thinks little of the quality, so the ability of the persistent growth is not good. It regards the increase of the fortune as the principal goal, but pays little attention to the standards of the living condition of the native people, so that, the social benefit is not enough. In all, the extensive economic growth mode not only caused the low efficient usage of the capital, work force and resources but also arose the inflation and fluctuation. More over, it can affect the elevation of the employment and consumption, which will hinder the development of our national economy.The paper discussed the impetuses and the blocks in the transformation of the economic growth mode in more broad way. In detail, our country has possessed the foundation and the qualification for the transformation through the twenty years'accumulation, such as, the abundant fortune and the appropriate economic growth phrase, the well-developed socialist market economy system,the newly developed technical revolution. At the same time, we still have some obstacles, for instance, the disfigurement of the system, unbalance of the framework and laggard technology.
