Performance Evaluation Based Supply Chain Control Research

Along with the market competition going more and more furious, the traditional commerce competition mode can no longer fit for today's economic environment, and the competition between supplies will become the main commerce competition mode, replacing the traditional competition between single enterprises. In this new background, supply chain management will become more and more important.Supply chain control is a very important tache in supply chain management, at the same time, supply chain control and supply chain performance evaluation influence each other significantly. Efficient supply chain control is based on supply chain performance evaluation, and that the essence of supply chain performance evaluation is to servicing supply chain control. This paper just research the means of supply chain control on the basis of supply chain evaluation.Firstly, this paper summarizes the research status quo of supply control and performance evaluation in and out of our nation, brings forward the object and meaning of this research: Finding an efficient way to control supply chain. Secondly, we introduce the related theories of supply chain control and supply chain performance evaluation, define supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain control, analyze the core viewpoint, advantage and disadvantage of balanced-score card. Thirdly, based on balanced-score card and the visual angles of whole and development, this paper establishes the system of supply chain performance evaluation indices from four aspects, such as customer value, finance value, supply chain interior operation and its long range development potential. Fourthly, this paper constructs supply chain performance evaluation model using fuzzy AHP method, adopting the established indices.Finally, we introduce the analyzing tool of radar map, use radar map to reach efficient supply chain control, on the basis of performance evaluation results.
