In the circumstances of increasing market economy, should the enterprise survive to develop and keep everlasting competitive advantage in market competition, they must implement enterprise strategic management, which is a kind of modern management concerned with the option of market competitive strategy, the strategic target of enterprise, etc.. On the premise that enterprise has correct strategy, they have to adopt excellent corporate culture to guarantee the implementation of their strategy.The core competition of enterprises is corporate culture .Corporate culture reflects the spiritual style and determines the inherent cohesiveness of the enterprise. In modern business management, the function of culture has been widely recognized.
