Research On The Importance And Way Of Current Chinese Corporate Culture Construction

Entering the 21st century,being a member of WTO and being open in all aspects, our country is now facing a fiercer international competition.But,there are many Chinese enterprises that did not realize the importance of constructing corporate culture and ignored the construction of their own corporate culture in their developments.The thesis analyzed the importance of corporate culture construction for the success of the country's establishing modern enterprise institutions and for the enterprise competition and the underlying basis of it.Also,based on the analysis about the reasons for the existing problems in corporate culture construction, the thesis suggested that macroscopically,the outer environment of enterprise should be improved,and microscopically,the Chinese enterprises should reinforce the construction of corporate culture by introducing a leader culture in the venture and improving their management.There are three parts in this thesis:The first part is the introduction of corporate culture theory,which dealt with the definition of corporate culture and its traits,composition and function in order to give a theoretical support for the following analysis.The second part is the analysis of the importance of corporate culture construction.First,it is stated that Chinese enterprisers lack the insight into corporate culture construction and it is necessary for them to understand the importance of it. Then the thesis analyzed the importance of corporate culture in creating core competence,improving the human resources and the sustainability of the business.The third part discussed ways to create corporate culture.First,the constructive practices of two distinguished enterprises are presented,and their successful experiences are summed up.Then,existing problems in Chinese current corporate culture construction are listed and the reasons behind the problems analyzed.At last, based on the analysis of current situations and the understanding for the influencing factors about Chinese corporate culture construction,it is suggested that on the one hand,corporate culture need to be built through the optimization of the outside environment of the enterprise and on the other hand,by building an effective leader culture in the enterprise.
