With the high speed development of science and technology, the high-tech enterprise has become the national economy growth and the economical sustainable development important foundation and the props, High-tech enterprise's economic efficiency main origin to high attachment value high tech product, Furthmore, the high tech product originates from the knowledge staff's creative intelligence work which takes the scarce resources, The modern high-tech enterprise's operation pattern primarily changed from the traditional production product to the human capital, the intelligence resources development primarily, therefore it has become the high-tech enterprise to the human resource development and the management the most important content, this is I chooses this research topic the starting point.This article has conducted the system research to the high-tech enterprise's human resource management. The full text altogether divides four parts: First part: Obtained from the high-tech enterprise's basic concept, elaborated the high-tech enterprise in the economical development function and the high-tech business management characteristic, has analyzed the highly effective human resource management is the key which the high-tech enterprise succeeded, summarizes four kind of talented people which the high-tech enterprise's three big prominent characteristics and its needed. Second part: In view of the high-tech enterprise's characteristic, the union human resource management theory, has thoroughly discussed the high-tech enterprise's human resource management pattern, and summarizes six characteristics: (1) human nature management; (2) cultural conformity; (3) the team constructs; (4) takes strain seriously; (5) knowledge management; (6) inspirit multiplicity. Third part: Unifies our country high-tech enterprise and the human resource management present situation and the existence question, had pointed proposed strengthened with the improvement human resource management suggestion.
