With the coming of the knowledge economy era, the high-tech enterprise emerge in large numbers in our country.How to develop high-tech enterprise has been become an important issue for countries improve overall competitiveness and the implementing strategy of sustainable development.Performance management as an important content of the modern enterprise human resources management.lt has ignored function to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. At present,our country high-tech enterprise is in change stage from the traditional personnel management to modern human resources management.It is the exploration of research to how to high-tech enterprise for staff performance management.This article firstly analyzes high-tech enterprise staff performance management theory.we analyzes the basic connotation of performance management, performance management function,the relations of performance management and performance evaluation. We analyzes the connotation and features of the high-tech enterprise,high-tech enterprise staffs characteristics,high-tech enterprise employees the particularity of the performance management. Secondly,we analyzes the knowledge economy age with high-tech enterprise staff performance management problems. This article focus on the current high-tech enterprise staff performance management, the main problems of the main display of performance management of understanding deviation, still adopts the traditional performance evaluation system, performance management is performance evaluation, the goal of performance management is chaos,performance evaluation indicator not science,ignoring the performance communication and performance feedback effect.Finally,this article analyzes the knowledge economy era high-tech enterprise staff performance management system construction.We mainly discusses the knowledge economy age high-tech enterprise performance management system construction, mainly including performance planning, performance implementation, performance assessment, performance feedback, and application of performance results.This article through to the knowledge economy era with high-tech enterprise staff performance management present situation and the existing problems.We explores the system of staff performance management that suitable for the characteristics of China’s high-tech enterprise.We puts forward the knowledge economy era high-tech enterprise staff performance management countermeasures. In the knowledge economy era, high-tech enterprise build staff performance management system and implement performance management on high-tech enterprise development and the staffs own development has the important meaning.
