The Research Of Yunnan Railway Building Strategy

The research of this issue is an implementation of THE LONG-TERM PLAN OF THE RAILWAY NET, which confirmed in the summery of provincial negotiation.After two years'research, including analyzing and comparing the history and current status of Chinese rail undertakings, estimating the developing direction, speed and standard on its prospective as well as the history , contemporary situation and approaching demand of Yunnan railway, a creative strategy concerned on Yunnan railway was put forward as follow: by 2010 ,with RMB1666billion investment ,it takes 5 years'to build a 4000Km rail net with 200Km/h standard speed which accessible for domestic area and abroad. As for the Yunnan synthetic transportation system, the rail net must be a great promotion to make it on the track of scientific developing. Mean while, the relative advantage of railways will be demonstrated to a great extent. When the strategy is fulfilled, Yunnan will become a hub which links two oceans (the pacific and the Indian) and three markets (south Asia, Southeast Asia and domestic), further more, the goal of a harmonious society and a comfortable life will come true ahead of time.However, it may be a most tentative strategy imagination; I still believe it an accurate blueprint based on my research.
