Many medium and small-sized enterprises can't develop to be powerful or go bankrupt .The main reason is the medium and small-sized enterprises lack of developing strategy and executing it at its initial step and in developing process without knowing the enemy and knowing yourself adaptability innovation. Therefore,it is of wide significance to research the strategy of medium and small-sized enterprises.The basic situation and problem of Tiger Micro-Electronics Company is introduced and strategy management realism significance is discussed firstly. Secondly, strategy management theory and strategy management process are expounded, medium and small-sized enterprises′s situation and function in our nation economy developing process and strategy establishing necessity are analyzed. And then, medium and small-sized enterprises actual survival environment and development opportunity is described through analyzing inside and outside environment of medium and small-sized enterprises according to strategy management theory. Finally, strategy management of Tiger Micro-Electronics Company focus to be researched after anlysizing opportunity and threat, advantage and weakness of case enterprise.Characteristics of this paper to combine red sea strategy management thoery with blue sea management theory based on case enterprise′s situation is to research how to analyse environment, how to make and execute strategy, how to configure enterprise resource and adjust organizational structure, how to breach knowing and lack resource and inspirit employment and organizational obstructions,and so on, summarizing the implement of strategy management in medium small-sized enterprises in this paper. |
