R＆D Workers' Inspiring Measure Research Of Henan XinFei Electric Co.,Ltd.

With the coming of the intellective economy and our country joining WTO, great opportunities,as well as challenges, undoubtedly, are brought to domestic household appliance enterprises.The industry of household appliance is a dog-eat-dog one that it had to face the competition from both domestic and abroad companies. Nowadays, this industry has grown into its autumn and the volume of production is beyond the need of the markets.The age of least profit has come to it. Household appliance enterprises have to innovate constantly in order to survive and develop in market competition.It is no deny that the basis of household appliance enterprises'innovation is to improve inspiring measure for R&D(research and development)employees continuously.Firstly,this paper defines the terms concerning to household appliance enterprises'inspiring measures for R&D employees,gives out deficiencies of the present measures briefly,provides the resolving methods and brings forward the model diagrams of inspiring measures for R&D employees.Then,the author analyzes the features of household appliance enterprises and the affecting factors of R&D employees'achievement , summarizes some measures for the enterprises'inspiring,such as the scientific and reasonable salary system(salary on working skill,distribution on the technical item),perfect vocation career managing,efficient training plans, justified examination on employees'achievement and efficacy,corporate culture,emotion inspiring,participation and authorization inspiring,etc. What's more, the author puts forward general processes and methods to implement the inspiring measures.Lastly,the author takes Henan XinFei Electric Co.,Ltd as a demonstration to analyze, points out the problems of inspiring measure for this company, and redesigns a new inspiring measure to resolve its problems.The author wishes to set up a new inspiring mechanism for Henan XinFei Electric Co.,Ltd through the detail investigation to it, and wishes this paper to be significant to the other Household appliance enterprises.
