Research On Problems About The Selection Of Household Appliance Manufacturers In China

After over decade's high-speed developing,the household appliance manufacture industry in China has been got into tough situation,which means a low profit period since late 1990s.Household appliance manufacturers in China have transferred from traditional price competition,quality competition and service promise to logistics competition.Intending to find a development road with high efficiency and low cost, each household appliance manufacturer put their energy into logistics industry.They want to reduce costs and increase profits by the reform.Under this background,it is significant to study the logistics model of household appliance manufacturers in China.It could help them improve the efficiency of logistics,reduce the cost of logistics and enhance their competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the logistics operation of household appliance manufacturers,firstly this paper analyze the current situation at home even abroad,and the theory about the selection of logistics model,concluding the several logistics models of household appliance manufactures in our country at present.And then,the paper put forward three factors including economic factor,managing factor and social factor which can affect the selection of the logistics models.Through combining the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,we can use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process as the way to select the logistics models,and give exemplificational analysis.The paper's purpose is to establish a indicator system about the selection of the logistics model by analyze the factors which can affect the selection of the logistics model.In the mean time,the application of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process comprehensive evolution can be used widely in the logistics model's election of household appliance manufactures.
