Research On The Development And Consummating Of Governmental Quality Supervision To Construction Project In Hebei Province

Along with the constant development of market economy in our country, there comes up some inconsistent problems in the quality management of construction engineering. The quality supervision and management of construction engineering is confronted with the task of deepening the reformation. This paper attempted to bring forward the direction and measures of developing and consummating the engineering quality supervision in Hebei Province.This paper illustrated the essential character and management behavior of the engineering quality supervision in our country. And it indicated the main tasks of the institution of engineering quality supervision and the function of engineering quality supervision.Then this paper summed up some characters of quality management of construction engineering in developed countries via the analysis to the models of quality supervision management of construction engineering in several industrialization countries. Indicate the need of study of engineering supervision in Hebei Province.And this paper illustrated the evolution and circulating model of engineering quality supervision in Hebei Province, and analyzed the problems in the system and practice of engineering quality supervision in Hebei Province with the indication that it's need to study in the engineering supervision in Hebei Province.This paper analyzed the character of engineering quality supervision in market economy circumstance and it constructed the development direction of the quality management system of construction engineering based on the practice of Hebei Province. It brought forward the mechanism and methods of consummating the engineering supervision and some idiographic reformation measures aimed at the problems in the system and practice of engineering supervision in Hebei Province.
