G is the leading company in the domestic smart card industry. But it is now facing some problems in production cost, product quality, and delivery and so on, because its operational status seems to be a little slowly to response and meet the market demands, which has been changing fastly.This paper is about to analyze and identify the critical problems in the production managemnt of G comapy, and then come up with the cooresponding solutions to these problems. This paper has 6 chapters in all:Chapter 1 is the introduction part. It introduces the company's current production management status, the function and significance of this study. Also it introduces the development history and present status of production management in the worldwide range.Chapter 2 contains the theory and methodology system that is used in this stuty.Chapter 3 gives the analysis to the present production system of company G.Chapter 4 is the sore portion of this paper. It identifys the peoblems existing in G's production system and put up some improvement solutions.Chapter 5 is about to confirm the improvement effect from cost reduction and cutomer service.Chapter 6 is the total conclusion prtion of this paper.This paper uses the theory and methodology regarding to the production management to analyze and indentify the existed problems, then works out the concrete improvement route.
