State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council in Shanxi regroups Shanxi Coking Coal Company and Shanxi Coking Company according to the stipulation in the document No. [2004] 96 on the reform of Shanxi Province. This recombination accords with the strategic demands of Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to carry out big-sized group and large company. Shanxi Coking Company now is in a strategic turning point; a development opportunity is endowed to us. In the furious market competition, human resource has already been the core source of enterprises; as the important management details, the performance of evaluation and salary management directly influence the success or failure of human resource management.This paper, taking Shanxi Coking Company as the business background, carries out study and discussion to the performance and salary management of human resource in this company,find a better way fit its actual situation.moreover applies the results on performance of evaluation to enterprise salary management work. There are five sections in the article. Firstly six features of State-owned assets performance of evaluation,develop trend and sis models, the papers'meaning and main work studied are expounded; secondly the status quote and lack about performance of evaluation and salary management and enterprises'current situation are elaborated, then the index system,source of information and weighing model are designed; fourthly the six content of performance of evaluation, result distribut of check and concrete apply are decided; lastly accord with performance of evaluation in Shanxi Coking Company ,inspire system design ,salary principle,salary total,salary management of the enterprise are studied and designed according to the performance of evaluation.
