| Since the World War II, Foreign Direct Investment has been a critical factor for the economic growth all over the world.As the first opening province in China, Guangdong caught the structure revolution opportunity from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and made its economy take off. However, after Guangdong strode forward the medium stage, this labor-intensive structure exposed its unsuitable character gradually. Therefore, how to change the FDI using strategy to adjust Guangdong's industrial structure is becoming a problem today.This dissertation analyzed the influence of FDI on Guangdong's three Industrial Structure on the basis of former analytical results. In the last chapter, the author discussed adjusting direction for Guangdong Industrial Structure and gave some advices to accelerate Industrial development. |
