A Research On The Cohesive Force Within An Enterprise Group

An enterprise group comprises of many member enterprises. In order to promote the member enterprises to teamwork and optimize the benefits of enterprise group, it's necessary to focus on the standards of the cohesive forces and cultivate the cohesive forces within the whole enterprise group.Firstly, this paper states the definition and characteristics of an enterprise group, pointes out the importance of the cohesive forces to an enterprise group, and explores the definition, constitution, characteristics and appearances of the cohesive forces within an enterprise group. Secondly, this paper analyses the three layers of the cohesive forces within an enterprise group, which are supporting cohesive forces, attracting cohesive forces and maintaining cohesive forces. Accordingly, they are three kinds of bonds, i.e. supporting bonds, attracting bonds and maintaining bonds, which mainly influence the cohesive forces within an enterprise group. Thirdly, supported by theories such as the systemic theory, the enterprise theory and financial theory, this paper analyses the relation between each bond and the cohesive force. In order to make the cohesive force be measurable, this paper defines the representative bonds with the index by mathematic expression. Fourthly, with The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, this paper divides the measure index into index of main influence factors and index of characteristic factors, and establishes the model and the Measure and Value Form to measure and value the cohesive force within an enterprise group. Lastly, supported by the enterprise governance theory, the enterprise reengineering theory and the enterprise management organization theory, this paper describes the Matrix Structure Organization to Cultivate the Cohesive Force within An Enterprise Group, and combines the activities of cultivating the cohesive force with the activities of operation and management within the enterprise group.
