The Chinese cartoon had been developed synchrony with world cartoon at the beginning, and affected the people of the world by it' s traditional culture, but it had to come through with a downfall when it grew by almost 90 years.What make the market of Chinese cartoon so weary is the complex factors: the national policy, system, person with ability, content and innovation. Besides, as we review the phylogeny of world cartoon, we will find that the marketing communication strategy is so important that it' s one of the key way to develop Chinese cartoon.Because of the planned economy system, Chinese cartoon didn' t take marketing communication strategy into account for a long time. After the innovated of Chinese market, Chinese cartoon then began to explore the world cartoon' s strategy and improve it in order to fit for Chinese' cartoon market.The cartoon of USA, Japan and Korea has been succeeding in the world, and they keep importing their cartoon product into China in these years, what impact our cartoon market strongly. To be up against the import of world cartoon, we must study the experience of them.No matter which way the world cartoon corporations choose, it can be sum up with one thing: cartoon brand. The cartoon corporation can' t exist without conformation and maintenance of cartoon brand, so we should consider the communication artifice such as advertisement and public relationship to develop Chinese cartoon brand.
