In recent years, the Chinese Government has paid more attention to the development of China's cartoon industry. But, on the realistic point of view, there are still many problems. However, the establishment of the cartoon brand is the fundamental problem of the cartoon industry's development. This paper is from the perspective of management, and combined with knowledge of brand theory, to find a suitable way to the development of China's cartoon industry.This paper is divided into six parts. First part mainly introduces the writing background, the current research status of cartoon industry. Second part t explains what the brand is, and what cartoon brand is. The third part mainly introduces the current situation of cartoon brand. In the forth part, there are two case studies. The fifth part analysis the problems of China's cartoon brands in the process of development. Last part gives some solutions to the development of China's cartoon brand.
