| On the basis of the theory of Business Process Reengineering, the article tells us that Human Resource Management is the important part of a corporation and the strategic base of competent advantages. In the course of BPR, a new Human Resource Management System should be established in an enterprise to promote the organize reforming and attain the strategic aim. Finally, the article expounds the way of Human Resource Management System reengineering in the BPR.The reason and significance for choosing the title are introduced in chapter 1. Some key words are explained in detail.In chapter 2 it is stated that BPR and Human Resource Management influence each other. The content of Human Resource Management System in the course of BPR is discussed.In the following, the content of Human Resource Management in the course of BPR is divided into four parts: (1)The construction of team based on business process; (2)Staff placement system on the basis of competence; (3)the Performance Management System which is based on enterprise strategy and business process; (4)the Compensation System which includes Salary based on competence, Variable compensation based on the performance of staff, team and Enterprise and Inherent compensation. |
