Localizing and marketing strategy is one of important propositions for MNC achieving continuous development. In fact, foreign enterprise must know Chinese local market, acclimate the changes of the posture, set down localizing market and sales strategies which are fit for Chinese market according to their own strength, weakness and the changes of exterior surroundings in order to keep their legs and continuous development in Chinese market if they want to succeed in developing and win market initiation in china.This thesis investigates the theory and the case analysis about how to carry through marketing and sales strategy during foreign enterprises entering Chinese market and localizing, demonstrates SLC A&D according my long-term working experience in Siemens and knowing the first-hand data.This thesis includes two sections: the theory and the case analysis. In the theory section, the author analyzes the global market sales theory for the Multinational Company and market sales localizing theory using the knowledge from Master course. Then the author comes up with cost leadership strategy and marketing mix strategy as market sales localizing strategy package, also mentions corresponding package. Finally, the author indicates support mechanisms which are needed to develop for marketing sales localizing strategy implementation.The case analysis describes background and development history in China of SIEMENS Limited China Automation and Drives Group (ab. SLC A&D) firstly . Secondly, it analysis that SLC A&D faces drastic competition situation. Thirdly, the author comes up with market sales localizing strategy in earlier,faster speed and wider scope in order that SLC A&D keep up his leader position in this industry basing on SWOT analysis of SLC A&D, establishing target market and putting up orientation.
