It will be the baptism to Chinese present finance leasing.What this article probed was the problem of finance leasing application in the realty industry. The article introduced the meanings, basic character and several primary types of realty finance leasing. Some research in the course and status of realty finance leasing also had done. It accounted for the necessity of the finance leasing application in the realty industry, from the problem existing in the realty marketing and financing. The article expounded the superiority of finance leasing application in realty from the aspects of interior and exterior benefits, and gave some advice to the problems in the development of realty finance leasing. Based on the fact, the article aimed at the problems in the process of finance leasing development, analysed adverse factors which restricted the development of Chinese finance leasing, and did research to promote the development of Chinese finance leasing.
