It makes enterprise's the traditional focus which only on enterpriser's internal resources, control their's isolated production having changed to the optimal resources use in the entire supply chain, so as to rapid response to the global market change.So based on the integrated supply chain management in manufacturing enterprises have an inestimable role, so the research of enterprise how to integrate materials demand from purchasing to the inventory on supply chain is very important. This paper takes Taixing reducer group as research background, through the integrated research of material requirement, purchasing and inventory management on the supply chain to realize the information of materials integrated on supply chain. And then go through the extraction of materials information of ERP system in the contract, using demand forecast function of B reducer to forecast this products demand, and according to the purchased materials and reducer.establish a reasonable inventory control plan.In this paper, a detailed study of relationship is given between the supply chain principle and material requirement, purchasing and inventory management. Analyzing the integrated information of various module from a theoretical view and using program to realize data exchange with ERP system, thereby using it to maintain consistency of the two system's data. And develop an enterprise application system with B/S and C/S hybrid model, and given a detailed description of how to realize C/S, B/S hybrid model, programming, the method of database's design and integrated principle in this system.
