Research On The Optimization Of Raw Material Inventory Management Model Of XJ Information Corporation

Manufacturing industry is a pillar industry of our national economy.Manufacturing enterprises have to control the cost from all aspects,improve the management and enhance the competitiveness in order to stand firmly in the current fierce competition.Therefore,more and more enterprises attach greater importance to inventory management.Inventory is a necessary resource of every enterprise in order to ensure smooth production.The amount of inventory has an important impact on the whole enterprise.Insufficient stock will lead to production interruption and surplus stock will lead to the waste of capital and cost rising.Therefore,it is of great significance to find an appropriate inventory management mode for enterprises.An appropriate inventory control mode and a scientific business process can help enterprises reduce inventory backlog,improve inventory turnover rate,speed up capital turnover and enhance competitiveness.A detailed analysis of XJ Information Company 's existing inventory management problems(including single inventory management mode and business process confusion etc.)has been made by qualitative and quantitative method in this paper,which based on the reviews of the theory and the mode of inventory management,the related theories of business process and supply chain inventory management.This paper proposes an operable optimization scheme of the inventory management of raw materials,according to the different classification of raw materials based on the scientific theory and the actual situation of XJ Information Company.The scheme is changing the inventory management mode of the general raw material to supply chain inventory management mode,in order to improve the business process and cancel the outbound step.This method improves the operation efficiency,operating performance,competitive strength and the collaboration of the whole supply chain,integrates the resources,reduces each enterprise's operation and inventory cost on the whole chain.Furthermore,this method optimizes the stock management of key and sub-key raw materials.Categorical storing and reducing the quantity can reduce the occupation of funds,improve the stock control problems and the efficiency of XJ Information Company.Through the study of this article,on the one hand,finding a set of effective scheme for inventory management of XJ Information Company to improve the original unscientific inventory management mode and business process,on the other hand,I also expect to be able to bring some inspirations and references to other similar enterprises' inventory management and supply chain inventory management.
