With the reform of power system, the power construction enterprises have to face a completely competitive market. The result is the homogeneity of management and the average of profit. As a power construction enterprise, if it wants to gain the surviving and developing,it has to change the old method and module to introduce the new theory and thought of management. Integrating with fact of project management in power construction, it needs to discuss the effective pattern of project management by objective theory,it will be important to improve the competition ability of market and the management level of power construction trade.Based on the theory of object management, it discusses and analyses the application of object management for project, it roundly discusses in project progress management,project quality management,project cost management,project safety management, it gives some efficient advices to improve the management level to the four objects. Although there must be some difference among the power construction enterprise, it also uses for reference on the management of them.
