Research On The Evaluation And Control Of The Risk In Information System Project Supervision Company

We must build up the valuation model for risk evaluation.With the survey of the characteristics of an information system project supervision company, risk factors faced by the supervision company are identified by means of the Fault Tree Analysis method. Based on the principle component analysis method, the risk factor evaluation model is built. According to the model, the effects caused by these risks are quantitatively evaluated and ranked.
