The human society in the 21st century has already entered an era led by knowledge. Knowledge is gradually replacing the traditional factors of production, named capital, labour and land, as the chief resources of enterprise. Becourse of difficultly to be noted, imitated by outlier, copy and so on, the tacit knowledge becomes the stratagem resource and its important function in increasing the enterprise competition is gradually making evidence. As a knowledge denseness type enterprise, the management consulting enterprise puts the tacit konwledge transfer in practice has the most important stratagem meaning. The tacit knowledge management also has the processes of knowledge creation, excavation, accumulation, transfer and applied, and the tacit knowledge transfer is the important part of tacit knowledge management, determinating the other tache going on wheels.Much part of knowledge of the consulting enterprise has been hold by consultants, the knowledge of consultants can not translated into the enterprise commonly assets, so, the consulting enterprise will depend on part consultants, blocking the development of enterprise. Therefore, promoting the knowledge transfer between the consultants has an important reslism sense. This article starts with summarizing abundant literatures, concluded the concept and trait of tacit knowledge, the influence factors of tacit knowledge transfer, the reseach status quo of tacit knowledge transfer in management consulting enterprise. On the basis of academic analysis, this article distilled the three elements of influencing the tacit knowledge transfer between consultants: the transfer content, the transfer main body and the transfer surroundings, including eleven influence factors, establishing the tacit konwledge transfer concept model between management consultants, and bring forward investigation hypothesis, by designingquestionnaire and collecting data, and analyzing the investigaition results with SPSS, checking up the hypothesis, enduced the relationship between the influence factors and the performance of tacit konwledge transfer.According to the demonstration result, the article concludes: the relationship between the transfer desire, transfer ability, accept desire, accept ability of the transfer main body and the performance of tacit knowledge transfer is notable positive; the relationship between the embeddedness of transfer content and the performance of tacit knowledge transfer have not notable negative; the relationship between the learning culture of transfer surrounding and the performance of tacit knowledge transfer is positive and so on. Besides, in accordance with the research results and the fact circs of our country management consulting enterprise, the ariticle provides reasonable advices for helping the tacit knowledge transfer between consultants, and it has a goood guidance meaning for putting the KM in practice of our consulting enterprises.
