As the coming of knowledge economy, knowledge is another important implementof production followed by human, financial and material resources. Knowledge can bedivided into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge by its display. The focal point ofresearch is the discussion of tacit knowledge transfer and empirical research. Tacitknowledge has great value to individuals, organizations or even countries. Tacitknowledge contains lots of experiences, skills and it is an important guarantee for anenterprise to get core competitiveness. However, tacit knowledge is hard to be controlled,copied or standardized management. It brings difficulties and confusion to CKO andleaders. Thus, doing a study about tacit knowledge transfer influencing factors andperformance is needed.The study which is based on the present situation of tacit knowledge transferproposed the question that “which factors impact tacit knowledge transfer and what thedegree of influences”. Firstly, the study summed up previous scholars research resultsrelatively. The writer summed up three important factors that affect tacit knowledgetransfer between individuals. They are tacit knowledge factors, participant factors andenvironmental factors. Secondly, hypothesis of the study are proposed. Thirdly, thewriter produced a questionnaire about the study and disseminated them in Shenyang.Writer used statistical software SPSS17.0to analysis data, for example, descriptivestatistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. Then,according to the data analysis results, writer determined the hypothesis whether can beverified and obtained the conclusions. Finally, writer proposed recommendations andfuture research directions.The main conclusions are as follows: the degree of symbolic tacit knowledge has asignificant impact on tacit knowledge transfer and performance was significantlypositively correlated with knowledge transfer; tacit knowledge embedded in the carrier ofthe degree of tacit knowledge transfer had no significant effect; knowledge of the sourcetransfer willingness and knowledge of the recipient’s willingness to accept the relationship between knowledge source and recipient of distance from the source ofknowledge transfer knowledge and ability showed a significant positive correlation;corporate culture, technical support conditions for tacit knowledge transfer have asignificant impact on the transfer.The main innovation of the study as follows: the research object is individuals in theorganization excluding departments and outside environment affect; the writer do aquantitative research on the tacit knowledge.
