Recent years, with the fleetly development of economic, resources can not meet the quickly incressed demand, especially the electric power, which accumulated the electric-limitment in 2003 and 2004 and take many inconvenience and economic losing. At present, coal, oil, natural gas and waterpower are the primary general resources in our country. But only coal and waterpower can be used to produce electric. If we use coal to produce electric power, it will make much pollutant, and on the same time the coal-resource is much limited. In the other round, waterpower which is clean and reuseable has much advantage. According to the statistic, there are more than 541 MKW could be used to make electric power, and just 10% has been opened out.With the opening up of waterpower, most generators must to be produced and implemented in time. It brings both good opportunity and tremendous challenge to the company that produce dynamotor. TAH, which is one of the top three enterprises which can design and make dynamotor in home market, is a joint-stock of ALSTOM and Tianjin Dynamotor Company. At present, TAH has many orders but it can not fulfill the contract. The most important reason is its management process unable to suit the quickly growth of customer requirement, especially the logistics management process.In this paper, the advanced logistics management theory was used to analyze the logistics management in TAH, and a project for reengineering the logistics management process in TAH was given out. The process was divided into three parts: purchase logistics process, product logistics process and sale logistics process, and different way was put out according to their characteristic. For purchase process, SCM and SOI were used to make the material stock level down, and the overstock reduce. for product process, a database of semi-manufactured goods was adviced to set up and be shared by everyone who needs it, which can achieve zerostock.The another way is build railroad between workshops to transport goods in order to cut the cost of transportation. For sale process, there must be some change to the consignment flow, and uses a new incessancy deliver process. In last chapter, some advice was given to estimate the management process, which is very useful for implementing a new project.
