This thesis uses MBA relevant principle knowledge courses learnd to analyze author's unit, petrochemical industry of general factory from angle of human resource development integration, and, thus, proposes measures and way to promote enterprises to competitive advantage.This thesis is divided into four parts, which are explained as follows.First part carries on exposition in many aspects of the concept and characteristics of the human resources at first, stresses the important position of the human resources , and defines the human resources as the first resource promoting the development of social economy; analyses and puts forward the general questions existing in the current situation of the human resources of state-owned enterprise, realizing that most state-owned enterprises are still ignoring the importance of the human resources management and planing. The human resources planning, development state-owned enterprise are proposed under market economy condition. Expounded the research contents of this text at the same time .The second part , a brief introduction to the main theory of human resources management is made. Human resources management modes in America and Japan are then compared. Taking such domestic and international famous enterprises as Hailer, Motorola, General Electric, etc. as examples, human resources management in state-owned enterprises is studied.The third part introduces only DSZPCC development course for over 69 years and restructures a reform system in recent years at first. From enterprise's staff structure state, organizational management of work, the salary and compensation, staff performance, staff training and talents' tapping train, insurance and welfare treatment ,etc. several aspect work of enterprise personnel system are investigated and some major problems existing in human resource management are found out, such as unreasonable salary system, and imperfect talent-choosing mechanism.The last part proposes rounding enterprise's development strategy closely whiledeveloping and combining the human resources at first according to the Chinese petroleum gas group company and development strategy of the DSZPCC, introduces the advanced enterprise's human resources management idea, and carries on planning and overall arrangement of the human resources of general factory again. Finally, the management system of the performance, adjustment of the structure of the salary, and talent's competition mechanism are proposed.
