This paper summarizes the current status of human resources Organizational structure, development situation and capability in Maoye Department Stores, Shenyang.And also make an analysis for the problems summarized. The summary and analysis clear some problems, such as Lack of systematic strategic planning for human resources development, employees’ career guidance and planning for the company. At the same time, there’re no training system to match the company’s development strategy and mechanisms to support human resource development. Then we propose the demand analysis for human resources development and to carry out the career guidance and development for employees using the theory of human resources development. To improve the company staff training system and strengthen management mechanism, to promote the building of enterprise culture and improve human resources development assessment are also necessary solutions.The conclusions promote to strengthen human resources management, improve the level of human resources, mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
