The Research On The Relationship Between Shipping Company And Shipping Market

Shipping business is derived from international trade, which takes on most of the transportation volumes of international trade. In recent years, as the integration of global economy accelerated, countries become more and more economically connected. Shipping business has played a more important role in the global economy system. As the essential footstone in shipping business, the growth and development of shipping corporations has been given more and more attention from all circles.In the present research outcomes from ports and shipping field, the study of growing of shipping corporations is not so common. Following the suggestion of my professor, I attempted to do some research on this problem in the article. I hope my work could provide some use for reference to the development of shipping corporations.Starting with the theory of ecumenical corporations development and combining with the characteristics of shipping business and shipping corporations, the article brought up ecumenical influencing mechanism, that is, the growth of shipping corporations is the results of together function of the resources and capacity owned by the corporations (inner cause) and the outside environment the corporations deal with (outer cause).Based on this, I set up and analyzed the logic model of the growth of shipping corporations and finally found the most important factor influencing the growth of shipping corporations, that is, the periodical fluctuation of shipping market. After that, this article demonstrated how different phases of shipping market circles influenced the growth of shipping corporations separately with thorough and detailed analysis. It also testified the big influence the periodical fluctuation of shipping market brought to the growth of shipping corporations.Fluctuation of shipping market is a very complicated problem and is quite hard to take control of.
