A Study On The Social Security Problems Of Peasantry Who Don't Own The Land In The Course Of Urbanization

Along with the socialist market economy speeding up, industrialization, urbanization is inevitable tendency in driving the modernization, meanwhile, the social security problems of peasantry who do not own the land in the course of urbanization have mounted up. This paper concerns with the difficulties that peasantry who do not own land meet in urbanization, is conducted by the experience of developed countries in dealing with the problems of peasantry who do not own the land, and makes the analysis on the deeper causes that peasantry who do not own the land impair their profits, and the problems in practicing which are based on the current situation in our rural social security, makes it clear the significance to create rural social security system, suggests the rules to create rural social security system. Finally, this paper discusses how to create security system to protect peasantry's rights, medical care system, endowment insurance, educational system, re-employment of laid-off workers system and legal aid system.
