This paperreviews the resettlement of landless peasants in China since the foundingof the traditional model and The latest practice of the landless peasantsSocial Security mode, Analysis of the problem of landless peasants SocialSecurity, Analyze the cause from the Dual economic system, Propertyrights system, currently Land requisition system and Farmers themselves. In order to improve farmers’ sustainable livelihoodguarantee system, this paper also puts forward the relevant measures.
