On Corporation Basic Patent Strategy

In knowledge economy times, the predominance of corporation becomes from traditional products to the innovated competence which is more informationalized, immaterialized and continuousized. To get a long-term subsistence and continuous development, Corporation patent strategy should be based on the core competence. Core competence is not only the reason, but also the purpose of the patent strategy. Furthermore, the latter is the important content and realized method of the former.The dissertation studies the foundation, mechanism and operation of corporation patent strategy on the base of the theory of core competence. Firstly, it developed the space-time frame of corporation patent strategy under the former theories and added new contents and new visual angle. Secondly, its study enriched the studied mode of corporation patent strategy and the theory of core competence. Finally, the study should become the theory support for corporations to choose, establish and implement the patent strategy.Additionally, analyzed and summarized the foreign experience, the dissertation bases on Chinese situation and provides a nice strategy theory, viz. basic patent strategy should be the base; the combination of basic patent strategy and peripheral patent strategy should become the leading; the compounding of patent strategy, standard strategy and human resource strategy should be instructional.
