With the commerce globalization, the competition of the domestic automotive industry is more and more fierce. This is a way to propel the development of automotive industry that applying the model of supply chain management and information technology.Procurement is an important part of business activities, which sets up a bridge between suppliers and manufacturers for their cooperation and intercommunication. Because traditional procurement management didn't effectively utilize advanced information technology and information platform, lots of situation arose, such as low efficiency and high cost.E-commerce is an effective approach to improve international competitive power and develop the market for an enterprise. Mean the while, E-commerce caters to the lately economic situation descends a request that procurement management in supply chain management, which makes up the shortage of traditional purchase supply chain.Through the research of supply chain management and Chinese enterprise's own characteristic, this thesis researches how to apply e-commerce, and brings out the procurement management on the basis of reputation integrals. This paper researches how to connect the supplier with manufacturer tightly through the information system of enterprises, and find the way to bring potential into play for procurement management by means of E-commerce.This thesis elaborated basic theories and structure model of supply chain and supply chain management, and studied working talent target and process of purchase management. Aiming at the strategy under the E-commerce environment, it descends a purchase management, management style and managed present condition to carry on analysis to the profession purchase of Chinese car supply chain. With this foundation, this thesis builds a compositive procurement thesis model between supplier and manufacturer. This model solves with excellent analysis, guiding both supplier and manufacturer to carry out synthesize strategy of purchase. The thesis researches the application of just-in- time purchase under the E-commerce environment.
