Research Of Supply Chain Management Based On E-Commerce

The supply chain management is one kind of integrated management thought and the method, it carries out functionally the physical distribution plan and control from the supplier to the end-users in the supply chain. Under the supply chain management environment, the enterprise must achieve the fast response market demand. The purchase management is facing the issues such as the purchase information, the purchase quality and the cost, the relational coordination and processing. Therefore, based on the purchase management pattern, the tradition purchase is been substituted by the supply chain purchase management which is the trend of development.Moreover, with the development of information society and the needs of agreements of WTO, enterprises face new challenges and opportunities under this kind of background. Procurement is one of the important contents within business enterprise, how to improve the administration of procurement is meaningful to the business enterprise. E-procurement is a kind of new procurement mode which develops under the information technical support, and it also leads the direction of procurement's management transformation. Under the background, this paper showed an exhibition to E-commerce of research.Based on the supply chain management and the E-commerce management theory, this paper elaborated the status of supply chain, the supply chain management purchase, and the E-commerce management characteristic. Under this theory frame instruction, combined with the Hangzhou Jiangnan Silk Group Co., Ltd., it analyzed the present situation through E-procurement and suppliers management. It discovered the existing problems, and gave out the design of the E-procurement model which is conformed to this company operation based on the supply chain management. It also gave out the implementation way of the E-procurement management for the Hangzhou Jiangnan Silk Group Co., Ltd.'s under the supply chain environment.
