With the tendency of global economic development, enterprises have introduced and established the information management system called Enterprise Resource Planning to standardize enterprises'process, improve operating performance and strength competitive capability in the market. In order to evaluate enterprises'performance objectively and exactly after application of ERP, and promote the application and implementation of ERP in business, it is urgent to establish an integrated enterprise performance measurement system under ERP. This paper studies and designs an enterprise performance measurement system under ERP using some computer technologies such as date warehouse, model base and knowledge base, basing the management theory of ERP, the theory of performance measurement and Balanced Scorecard.First, this paper expounds the management theory of ERP, the theory of performance measurement and Balanced Scorecard, points out the function modules of ERP are corresponding to the four aspects of BSC and BSC is suitable for the supply chain performance measurement.Secondly, this paper designs the enterprise performance measurement under ERP macroscopically. It confirms objection and design principals of the system, designs the whole structure of the system including function structure, system structure and system flows.Thirdly, according to the whole structure designation, this paper designs the system in detail, including Data Warehouse system, measurement indicator management system, model base, knowledge base and man-machine conversation interface based on Web. For the Data Warehouse system, it designs the model of Date Warehouse, definitudes the main concept of metadata, describes the data extraction process and combines the OLAP for the system basing on analysis of the system's data demand and data source. In the part of performance indicator management system, it points out the system should add the exterior interest correlative measurement, and establishes the evaluation indicator system suiting for ERP environment.
