21 Century is knowledge economic times. In recent years, studies and practice about knowledge economy have been transferred from macroscopic level to microcosmic level. Based on the researches and practice, academic field and Business field home and abroad find that strategy performance management is very important to knowledge management research. It is significant to improve the theory of knowledge management. It is critical for enterprises to bring in and carry out knowledge management strategy.As one of the most effective enterprises strategic performance management tools all over the world, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) has been adopted by a large number of enterprises home and aboard since its initiation in 1992. Although both enterprise knowledge management and balanced scorecard are hot issues in recent research areas, it is very infrequent to find that there were researches which combined both of them to study.Undoubtedly, it's necessary to make an integration research on strategic performance management and balanced scorecard of enterprises knowledge management. Form the respect of practice, more and more enterprises are executing knowledge management while using BSC, which brings many advantages to enterprises, on one hand, it provides enterprises a better condition to induce BSC into knowledge management fluently, on the other hand, enterprises eager to search for more effective methods to supervise the execution of knowledge management. Therefore, the research has a certain realistic meaning because it meets the practice requirement of enterprises. From the respect of theory, with the research on knowledge management goes deeper, which incarnates urgent demand for the perfection of the theory of knowledge management strategic performance evaluation. Obviously, the research could further fertilize and develop the system of knowledge management theory in enterprises, so, it has certain theory value.This dissertation is divided into three steps as follows:First, research on relevant studies. Based on demonstration of the strategic performance management of enterprises knowledge management in detail, the research proceed a close carding and generalization on the theory of BSC, finally, the research organically combines strategic performance evaluation and BSC of enterprises knowledge management.Second, build up a strategic performance measurement model------EnterpriseKnowledge Balanced Scorecard (EKBSC). In this framework, from the customer and marketing level, inner business process level and learning growth level of three levels of knowledge management contribute to evaluation of options index system and expert investigation of alternative indicators of the screening. The effective indicators make use of Delphi and AHP, which combines the square Law various indicators to determine the weights. Finally fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is built, named as the Enterprises Knowledge Balanced Scorecard Measure Model, which indicates and evaluates the knowledge management of the strengths and weaknesses of achievements in enterprises.Third, case study. In this dissertation, the method of theoretical research and empirical study took contribution to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model used by a certain company in Guangzhou. The results showed that the model has good maneuverability and adaptability, and the indicator system weight distribution is reasonable.This dissertation is composed by eight chapters. The writer uses several methods to research and study, such as literature research, questionnaire survey, case study, Delphi and AHP method. The dissertation contains more than 50 thousand words, 57 pieces of references, 3 appendixes, 12 figures and 13 tables.
