Meanwhile, the gap between cities and rural area has been significantly expanded. Rural development has lagged behind the development of the entire economy. Problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry hinders China's socialist modernization drive of the outstanding problems. This study mainly divided into 3 parts: the resources analysis of the central region of our rural areas, analysis of a typical example -- Nanjie Village, and the new rural construction pattern of central China. In the first part, writer described the resources situation of the rural areas in central China in 3 parts: their predominance, their inferior positions and their characteristics. In the second part, put Nanjie Village as an example, conducted an in-depth exposition in Nanjie Village's development status and characteristics. In The third part, rural areas in central China's development pattern were discussed from the point of views of political, economic, cultural and society.
