With the coming of the knowledge-economy times, the positive role of human resource in the enterprise is clearer than before, which has become the core resource of the enterprises' existence and development. More and more companies realize that the competent people are the most important capital of their development, the enhancing of their competitive power should in the base of the human resource's appreciation. From a long-term point of view, the training for the competent people is the great measure to the appreciation of the human resource, relating the enterprises' existence and development directly, which makes training important in the modern human resource management. In order to achieve an end of self-development, more and more companies pay close attention to the employees' training from strategy point of view. However, according to the investigation, the employees' training positivity is not as high as expect, it's a common phenomenon that some of the employees even has the resentment in the training, which seriously affect the result and quality of it. Facing this problem, how to stir up the employee's training positivity to improve its result, make the training yield well is the emergency for the managerial personnel.The research takes the problem of training positivity as a starting point, through the investigation, priority in the analysis of influence factors. The paper startes from the different expression in the different individual conditions: analyzes the inherent reasons and summarize the regularity of it. Then, the research lays stress on the discussion of the key factors that influence employees' training positivity: through the screening, ascertain the factors' action and the key factors to construct the model. Finally, the paper analyzes "the needs in the training" deeply, which is the key factor of great importance: applies the Hierarchy of needs theory of Abraham Maslow to study the needs of employees in training from five aspects: physiology, security, social intercourse, respect and self-achievement, forces on the "key need" and the relation between each hierarchy of need and the training positivity, in order to study the problem from the angle of "needs". According to the conclusion based on the research findings above, this research gives some advices on how to improve the employees' training positivity, hoping to provide helps and supports to human resource managers, especially for the managerial personnel in training.
