Along with the era of the knowledge economy arrival and globalization process speeding up, and the market competition fiercely upgrades, the competition between enterprises are becoming sharper and sharper. Hence, the variety of good human resources will facilitate the enterprise to hold an advantage position. Because of the enterprises competition will be eventually the talents competition. To any of the enterprises, human is a resource from the perspective of physical form, and is a capital from the perspective of value form. Enterprise in-house training is the effective way of obtaining the high-qualified talents. By utilizing the training method, not only the employees can achieve the opportunity of continuous learning, have chance to improve the organizational performance, but also to hit the target of employees and organization development win-win. Training, however, is also a kind of investment behavior, therefore to pay attention to employee training and also the effect of training, find out the factors that influence the training effect of comprehensive inspects the influence degree, to measure employee skills after training to enhance the degree of the degree of change and behavior.Based on the impact of employee training in A company and then analyses the factors, study on the effectiveness of how to enhance the training, improve the enterprise learning ability, and to improve its operational performance objective. Collect and analyze broad excellent research findings of the experts from China and abroad. Base on the personal analysis and summary, author will create a methodology for this thesis. The establishment of the research method of literature study, investigation method, interview method, research method of combining theory with practice. The research object, analysis of A, China branch staff training situation are analyzed and the reasons of the problems summarized. Through behavioral event interview and questionnaire analysis, combined with A company China branch staff training characteristics and specific requirements to construct the training effect evaluation model of influence factors of A company. In view of the existing staff training problems of A company, A company has established with the training effect evaluation model of influence factors, improving ways are proposed to enhance the training effect. Finally, summarizes the full text, and prospect in the future research work and the problems needing further research in.
