Strategies Of Crisis Early-warning For Construction Engineering Project

Because of uncertainty of external environment, difficulty and complexity of project per se, and finitude of capacity and strength of engineering manager and manage organization, crises is often prone to occur. But nowadays crisis management theories' research objects are often enterprises, and crisis early-warning methods are based on enterprises finance. But in this thesis, I use crisis and early-warning theories in to construction engineering project management, which emphasizes particularly on early-warning before and objects to construction engineering project, and based on AHP and Fuzzy Integration analyses, and construct construction engineering project crisis early-warning system.The first chapter of this thesis analyze problems exist nowadays both in theory and practice about construction engineering project management. And then, introduce the actuality and limitation about early-warning research. Innovation points and dominating contents are explained at last.In the second chapter the thesis goes on with theory general depiction at first, which include theories about crisis and crisis management studied by scholars both inland and overseas, conception and characteristics of construction engineering project, external and interior characters with regard to construction engineering project crisis, and models used at every turn for crisis early-warning.Chapter three mainly deal with the causes which may result in crisis in construction engineering project and consist of external causes and interior causes. Construction engineering project crisis management early-warning economy is formed and early-warning evaluation index system is founded in chapter 4, which the core of this thesis.In the final chapter, with application analysis at last, the engineering of China Centre Television's new building is chosen as an example to demonstrate the early-warning economy and evaluation index system for construction engineering project, which provides a very good sample for the practice of construction engineering project.
