Research On The Crisis Early-warning Of Large-scale Construction Project

The construction project is mainly about construction-process, which is important for the nation, and also is the important part of construction industry. Because of difficulty and complexity of project itself, risk of external environment, and finiteness of capacity and strength of project manager, crises is often prone to occur. So crisis management is needed in the manufacturing course, and it has became the indispensable part of the national emergency system.Crisis management is a new field in the management science. The research on it is still at the developing stage both in China and the abroad. Consequently, there are many different opinions on the basic concepts fundamental methods and techniques. Some statements about certain concepts are even contradictory. And at present crisis early-warning methods are based on enterprises finance. Those lead to problems to the implementation of crisis management for construction project organization to some extent.But in this thesis, I use compamy crisis early-warning theories in large construction project management, which emphasizes particularly on early-warning before crisis happened. Firstly, the article analyzes the questions which appear in the foemer construction project, and obtains early-warning indicator system; Then through the questionnaire survey, using SPSS and AHP to deal with the indicator system to obtains the effective and sensitive indicator; Finally, through the principal components analysis, determining the input of early-warning target, and processing the input with Matlab to construct large-scale construction project crisis early-warning model.
