The Influence Of Progressing Trade To China's Computer Industry

Processing trade developed rapidly in recent years. By now it has become the most important form of China's foreign trade. Progressing trade not only boosts China's export, but also accelerates the development of new industries, including computer industry. This paper establishes econometrics models and introduces linear regression to analyze the influence of progressing trade to China's computer industry.This paper is composed of four sections. In the first part, writer introduces the definition of progressing trade, its main forms and development in China. In the second part, some econometrics models are set up to analyze the influence of progressing trade to production value, export, and trade competitive power of computer industry respectively. Through linear regression, a positive result is demonstrated. The contribution of progressing trade to the improvement of computer industry is larger and larger. In the third part, the development of progressing trade in some industrialized countries in eastern Asia is taken as an example to show the problems and necessity of developing progressing trade in China. In the last part, advices on the development of related industry, innovation, investment environment, oversea sales channel and human resource are proposed.
