Under the background that mid-small enterprises are promoted vigorously in china ,this article points out the boundary line of defining the mid-small enterprises.Also,it puts forward the subject that the mid-small computer-sale enterprises in Binhai New Area how to live and develop continuously in face of its weakness and external threats.Through the explanation to enterprises strategy management theory, the character and trend of our country regional economy and computer industry ,the market supply and demand's analysis and prediction of the mid-small computer-sale enterprises ,this thesis further studies the situation of the mid-small computer-sale enterprises then directs their shortcomings and risks.Based on competitive strategy and development strategy ,it analyses these enterprises in detail ,sums up their superiority and inferiority,the opportunities and threats.It gives the quantitative appraisal of the strategic factor about the mid-small computer-sale enterprises in Binhai New Area by using EFE and IFE and SWOT analysis .All of these provide the theoretical basis for the enterprises'development.This article regards the enterprises'strategy management theory as guide and combines characteristic analysis with quantitation analysis organically to fulfil the study of the mid-small computer-sale enterprises in Binhai New Area.It provides the theoretical guide and actual methods for the enterprises development.Finally ,it supplies means for enterprises'further development with the views of value-added selling and knowledge management which are emphasized all of the world.
