Research And Application Of Risk Factors Transfer Model In Synthesize Evaluation Project

Risk research is becoming more and more important in economic development, and it promotes the economics. This paper introduces the theoretical model that transmissions of risk factors in synthesize evaluation projects, and analyses the research on risks at home and abroad. This paper also discusses the theoretical risk of transmission, and gives the risk of transmission of 3D model theory. Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and risk transferring theory, this paper presents the fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment model; with artificial neural network theory, an artificial neural network risk analysis model is presented. Moreover, the link between these two models, that is the results from fuzzy risk assessment model are as neural network's training and testing samples. This paper also proposed the software realization of the two models. Include the design of the software and the part implementation of the subsystems. This paper has provided a theoretical model for risk factors and application software.
