As corporations' strategic resource, human resource management is highly valued nowadays, by local and foreign enterprises, as well as governments and academic management field. The evaluation of HR risk is not just theoretical deduce and hypothesis of cases. A practical software system is urgently needed to realize the efficient evaluation of HR risk.Based on the research of HR risk evaluation system under fuzzy neural network, this thesis tries to bring forward a solution to evaluate HR risks. It contrasts the method based on fuzzy neural network, with other traditional evaluation methods. At the same time, it also analyzes the advantages and challenges of applying fuzzy neural network, as well as its feasibility and applicability. Then, from the aspect of system design, this thesis gives a complete introduction of the R&D process of HR evaluation system based on fuzzy neural network. After the analysis of demand, basic modules of the system are established. It introduces a multi-level framework combined C/S with B/S, and analyzes the advantages of this method, and how to realize it. In the end, it gives an example of how to develop a HR risk evaluation system.Since HR risk evaluation system based on fuzzy neural network is still quite rare nowadays, this thesis can be the theoretical basis and guideline of system development. The solution of some key technologies is especially of use, for example, the sample filter and function databank based on JAVA and XML, are concluded from personal experience. This kind of innovative technologies can also be applied into the realization of other fuzzy neural network systems.
